Reservations Policies
We welcome children ages 12 and up. We love your pets but we cannot accommodate them. Limit 4 in the Lavender Cottage and Rosemary Cottage.
Check-in is between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Later check-in is available by special arrangement. Please call if you cannot check in by 6:00 p.m. Check out is 11:00 a.m.
A $100.00 per room deposit will be charged to your credit card at the time of the reservation and the balance one month prior to your arrival. For a one night reservation, the full amount of the stay will be charged at the time of the reservation.
NO REFUNDS ON CANCELLATIONS 14 DAYS OR LESS.
The cancellation policy is two weeks. If you have to cancel more than two weeks from your reserved stay, you will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than two weeks from the first day of your stay, you will be charged the entire amount of your reserved stay.
A $20.00 fee will be charged for all lost keys and for mailing items left behind at the inn (postage will also be charged for the full cost of mailing the item). A fine up to $500 will be charged to your credit card for fumigating and cleaning if any evidence of smoking is found in your room.
